Securit ("we", "our", or "the app") is a secure data safe designed with privacy as a core principle. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application.

Data Collection

What We Do NOT Collect

Securit does not collect any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your credentials, passwords, or secure notes
• Your private key or passphrase
• Usage analytics or statistics
• Device identifiers or tracking data
• Location information
• Contact information
• Any other personal data

Local Data Storage

All data you enter into Securit is:

• Encrypted using ECIES with your ECDSA private key
• Stored locally on your device or in a folder location of your choosing
• Never transmitted to our servers (we don't have any)
• Accessible only by you with your private key and passphrase

Data Storage and Security

Encryption

Your data is encrypted using ECIES (Elliptic Curve Integrated Encryption Scheme) with your ECDSA private key. Without your private key file and passphrase, the encrypted data cannot be accessed by anyone, including us.

Storage Locations

You control where your encrypted data is stored:

• Default location: App's private container on your device
• Custom location: Any folder you select, including cloud storage services like iCloud Drive

If you choose to store your encrypted safe on a cloud service, that service's privacy policy applies to the storage of your encrypted file. However, since your data is encrypted before being stored, cloud providers cannot read your credentials.

Private Key

Your private key file (.pem) is stored separately from your encrypted safe. You are responsible for:

• Securely storing your private key file
• Remembering your passphrase
• Creating backups of your private key

Third-Party Services

Securit does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app does not make any network requests to external servers.

If you choose to store your encrypted safe on third-party cloud services (such as iCloud Drive), please review those services' privacy policies for information about how they handle your files.

Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data. Your credentials remain entirely under your control.

Children's Privacy

Securit does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age. Since we collect no data, there is no risk of children's data being collected.

Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally and encrypted with your own key:

• Access: You have complete access to all your data at any time
• Portability: You can export or move your encrypted safe file freely
• Deletion: You can delete your data by simply deleting the app or the safe file
• Control: You have full control over your data without needing to contact us

Cross-Platform Compatibility

Securit is compatible with the Windows version (I2Securit). Both applications use the same encryption format, allowing you to access your credentials across platforms using the same private key and safe file.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Since we collect no data, changes would typically only reflect app functionality updates or clarifications.
